STATUTE

CHAPTER I - THE ENTITY AND ITS PURPOSES

Art. 1 - TFEKMG - Traditional Karate Sports Federation of Minas Gerais, also known by the acronym TFEKMG, founded on November 9, 2023, is a state entity of Karate-Do (Japanese martial art), constituting a Civil Society of a sporting, educational, cultural, social and recreational nature, focused on the study and practice of Karate, non-profit, being able to carry out activities whose income and resources are applied entirely in the maintenance and development of its social objectives, with a distinct personality from its affiliates, enjoying administrative autonomy, regarding its operation and organization, under the terms of article 217, I, of the Federal Constitution of 1988, regulated by the precepts emanating from Law No. 9,615 of March 24, 1998 and other legal laws that govern sports and national culture, in all its acts, by its President.
